Feasibility and Business Plan Guide
This document outlines the steps to determine the economic feasibility of your coop venture and guides you though the development of a business plan. It includes a checklist of all the costs you will need to consider in the budgeting process and offers suggestions on how to finance your coop.
Whether you are forming a community service coop to access or purchase land, a worker coop to farm it, a producer coop to jointly market, distribute or process your product or a consumer coop to sell the food, you will need a business plan to demonstrate your coop’s economical viability.
